Excellent job done by the fitters. They were here on time every day, were very friendly and had a lot of knowledge and experience. They came across a few problems (as all jobs like this throw up!) but didn’t complain at all and did their best to resolve them without any fuss. Very happy with my new en suite. Rob got the quote over to us the same day, he called out to do the survey. It was extremely detailed so we knew exactly what we were paying for and what to expect. Once the job started the guys worked so hard, long hours and over the weekend to get it finished. They turned up on time and kept in contact throughout always checking we were happy at each point. The house was left clean and tidy each night, and they even did a couple of little jobs while they were here. Would highly recommend them.

Rob was patient and understanding when dealing with questions from our insurer about repairs. Rob’s team that came to do the work were great. They came early and stayed late every day to finish the job to a high standard as quickly as possible. The bathroom was completely stripped back, plastered, tiled and the new suite fitted within a week. The team were extremely tidy and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend and use again.
